A MEDICAL technology business in Stonehouse has been bought by Irish group DCC in a multi-million pound deal.
Leonhard Lang (UK) Ltd, which sells and distributes a range of electrode systems and accessories under the Skintact brand, has been acquired by DCC Healthcare, an operating division of DCC plc.
All of Leonhard Lang (UK)'s senior management team – including founder and managing director Richard Webb and finance director Eileen O'Grady, who are both shareholders, will remain with the company.
