County-based estate agency The Property Centre has picked up five prestigious awards.
The company entered five categories of this year's UK Property Awards, including Best Real Estate Agent for Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.
The other categories entered include Letting Agent for Gloucestershire and Worcestershire and Estate Agency Marketing, which covers the whole of the UK.
Jon Baily, marketing manager at The Property Centre, said: "This is a particularly good result for us as this is the first year we entered the lettings and marketing categories, and to have won in all five categories is a testament to the hard work our advisers put in each day, and to the on-going investment we make in new ways to promote our customers' property."
The judging panel consists of around 70 professionals including Andrew Panting, director of operations for the British Property Federation and Peter Bolton King, global residential director of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Awards, said: "In such a highly industrialised region as the United Kingdom, the standards for excellence are very high.
"These winning companies have stood out from the crowd by creating unique and innovative properties that elevate the character and appearance of UK towns and cities."
Successful entrants have been invited to attend a gala and presentation dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on October 18. They will then learn which honours they have secured.
The top-scoring winners who will go on to compete in the International Property Awards global competition will be announced at the end of the evening.
